Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales and Customer Service Executive to join our team and contribute to our ambitious growth plans.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Maintain and develop both existing and potential customer relationships, focusing on new business development to ensure sustainable growth.
* Customer Interaction: Engage in regular direct contact with customers, generating inquiries, processing quotations, and securing business by providing exceptional service.
* Sales Performance: Take direct responsibility for achieving budgeted sales and margin targets, ensuring performance meets or exceeds expectations.
* Time and Activity Management: Effectively manage your time and sales activities in alignment with company interests.
* Meetings and Training: Attend sales meetings, product training sessions, and corporate functions as required, including occasional after-hours commitments.
* Communication and Order Processing: Handle telephone and fax inquiries, process orders, and manage customer and supplier quotations and purchase orders.
* Administration: Maintain goods receiving procedures, perform general office and clerical duties, and assist with the annual stock-take.
Secondary Duties (as needed for departmental coverage):
* Trade Counter Service: Assist customers at the Trade Counter.
* Order Fulfilment: Pick and pack orders for delivery, and load and unload delivery vehicles.
* Inventory Management: Check and stock received goods, and maintain tidiness and organization in office and store areas.
* Deliveries: Drive company vehicles for goods deliveries (subject to driver acceptance).
Qualifications:
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Experience in sales and customer service roles is preferred.
* Proficiency in office administration and clerical tasks.
* Flexibility to work occasional after-hours and Saturday mornings.
* Valid driving license (for delivery driving duties).
