Job Description:
A top law firm based in the city of London is a seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy and expanding internal HR team. The role will be paying between £32,000 to £37,000 based in experience.
The Recruitment coordinator will support the company with all of their day to day recruitment needs as well as helping with the recruitment projects throughout the year, for example their traineeships. You will also have an opportunity to work within Employer branding and candidate attraction so a creative edge would be great.
Duties will include the following:
* Managing and briefing agencies, including onboarding of new agencies
* Working with line manager to create spec and briefs
* Advertising roles direct on the company website
* Sifting, collating and shortlisting CVs to be sent to the hiring manager
* Coordinating and running the interview stage
* Offering successful candidates
* Assisting with recruitment projects like their trainee programme including managing attraction, organising assessment centres, running the interview process etc
* Supporting and coming up with new ideas Employee branding, rolling out the idea through the marketing and BD teams.
The ideal candidate will come from a recruitment background either in-house or agency. You will have worked within the professional services industry and ideally Law. You will have a passion for recruitment and employer branding, looking to support hiring manager to get the best talent in the market. Excellent communication skills as you will be speaking with high level internal stakeholders, candidates as well as external agencies.
This person could have 3 plus years working in recruitment, looking to work in the London office, or they would even consider someone who would like to work 4 days a week on a remote basis coming into the office as and when needed. Salary would be dependant on years experience as well as days working.
