Job Description:
Page Personnel are working alongside a very exciting company based in Conwy. They are seeking a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis to support the Accounts department during a very busy period. This role is for 4 weeks + you will be responsible for the Purchase ledger and other ad hoc duties within the finance department.

Description
As an Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for:
* Managing and updating financial records
* Handling purchase invoices with accuracy
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Liaising with suppliers and resolving any related queries
* Assisting with monthly statement reconciliations
* Providing support to the wider Accounting & Finance team
* Processing payments in a timely manner
* Maintaining confidentiality of financial information
* Helping with ad hoc accounting tasks as required
Profile
A successful Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
* Proficiency in accounting software
* Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work well in a team
* Excellent communication skills
