Our client is looking for a committed, attentive and hard-working Customer Support Agent to join their knowledgeable & passionate support team.
This is a perfect role for someone who loves looking after customers, problem solving, and getting stuck into their networking kit.
Key Responsibilities as Customer Support Agent:
* Responding to customer enquires, mainly installers, electricians, purchasing depts
* Chasing deliveries dealing with issues
* Some technical support - basic (training given)
* Data entry, phone work, emails
* Quoting prices
* Problem solving
Key Requirements of the Customer Support Agent:
* A professional and confident manner
* Good communication skills
* Customer service oriented
* Ability to think laterally under pressure
* Great attention to detail
* An eagerness to learn
