Our client, a reputable and long-established licensed conveyancers based in Leeds city centre, is seeking a Team Leader to manage the Lender Only Purchase Team dealing with equity release and separate representation matters. Duties will include:
* Monitoring team performance
* Updating the team with changes in procedures and facilitating regular team meetings
* Conducting monthly one to one review meetings for all Team Members
* Assisting in the resolution of discipline, grievance and performance issues
* Responding to client queries or complaints at the initial stages
* Maintaining a complete and accurate file and submitting reports
