Role Overview:
As part of this vibrant team, you will drive all aspects of the Compliance function with a focus on key areas such as Complaints Handling, Conduct Risk framework support, Delegated Underwriting approvals, Data Protection, and Financial Crime framework duties. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading compliance reviews and updating policies and procedures.
- Participating in product oversight and governance work.
- Developing compliance management information.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to develop and oversee the assurance process.
- Embracing and promoting the company’s values while helping to achieve strategic objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Compliance function for a regulated insurance entity.
- Ability to build and nurture internal and external relationships.
- Inquisitive nature with a passion for learning and a keen interest in developing a career in Compliance.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions while enjoying collaborative initiatives.
