We are seeking a Corporate Tax Specialist to provide expert tax advice and planning services to our diverse corporate client base. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who is committed to delivering high-quality tax services and building strong client relationships.
Day to day of the role:
* Prepare and review corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with legislation.
* Identify tax-saving opportunities and advise clients on tax-efficient strategies.
* Liaise with HM Revenue & Customs and handle tax inquiries and investigations.
* Keep abreast of changes in tax law and inform clients of relevant updates.
* Collaborate with the accounting team to integrate tax advice with overall financial planning.
* Assist in the training and development of junior tax staff.
* Contribute to business development activities, including seminars and networking events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* ACCA/ACA or CTA qualified, with a strong background in corporate tax.
* Proven experience in a tax role within an accounting practice.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
