Paralegal – Commercial Property

A leading law firm in Tunbridge Wells are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join their busy team.
Main responsibilities

* Assist solicitors with commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and financing.
* Conduct due diligence, including title searches, reviewing planning permissions, and assessing environmental reports.
* Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, leases, and agreements.
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
* Maintain and update case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
* Conduct legal research and provide summaries to solicitors.
About you

* You will be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel and other packages that may be relevant to the role
* Previous experience as a paralegal within commercial or residential property
* You must possess a high level of organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
