Description
* Leading and managing the Accounting & Finance Department
* Prepares and analyzes reports and statistics reflecting earnings, profits, expenses. and other financial data
* Prepares budgets and forecasts.
* Looks at the activity based overhead allocation program.
* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
* Overseeing financial reporting and analysis
* Managing budgeting and forecasting processes
* Ensures SOx compliance and maintains US GaaP.
* Collaborating with external auditors and managing audits
* Providing financial insights to aid strategic decision making
Profile
A successful Interim Financial Controller should have:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA
* Experience in a senior financial managerial role within the industrial / manufacturing industry
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
* Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in Birmingham
