Job title: Logistics Coordinator 
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Location: Studley (must drive due to location)
Working hours: 8am to 5pm – Monday to Friday

My client has an exciting opportunity for a logistics coordinator to join their busy team. The suitable candidate will have experience within logistics planning and scheduling, be PC literate and have excellent communication skills. Key duties and responsibilities:

* Ensure the smooth planning and delivery of products to the client.
* Liaise with internal departments, companies and clients to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the process.
* Prepare loading plans whilst complying to health and safety regulations.
* Schedule delivery times and ensure these times are adhered to.
* Keep up to date on time statistics, update the system and communicate with relevant departments throughout.
* Participate in stock take duties when required.
* Deliver excellent customer service and overall customer satisfaction.


Skills and Experience Required:

* At least 2 years’ experience within logistics planning and scheduling.
* Proficient on Microsoft and CRM systems.
* Excellent customer service both written and verbal.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Drivers License required.
