Job Description:
Are you an experienced and passionate educator with a commitment to inclusive education? We are seeking a dedicated SENCO to join client school in Tottenham, Haringey. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students with special educational needs.

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status and a NASENCO qualification is required.
* Proven experience as a SENCO or significant experience in SEN
* Strong understanding of the SEN Code of Practice and relevant legislation
* Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the provision for students with special educational needs
* Develop and implement effective strategies and interventions to support SEN students
* Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure holistic support
* Monitor and evaluate the progress of SEN students and adjust strategies as needed
* Provide training and support to staff on SEN best practices and inclusive teaching
