Production Operative
Synergy Plus Recruitment are supporting a leading, Milton Keynes based company, established with a commitment to quality and excellence. We are looking for Production Operatives that are focused on delivering superior products that meet the needs of their customers.
Pay Rate: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, Late shift: 14:00 ~ 22:00
Location: Milton Keynes
Duties and Responsibilities of a Production Operative:
* Clean and sort items into correct locations
* Work as part of the team to produce a range of products
* Demonstrate a practical commitment to supporting the quality and lead time
* Ability to prioritise work
* Keep products clean and tidy to help to avoid any defects
* Comply with health and safety regulations
* Ensure production areas are clean and free from obstacles
Experience Needed for a Production Operative:
* Previous experience within production
* Effective communication with staff
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Able to work under pressure
* Willingness to be flexible with working hours
* Keen eye for detail
