Brand new opportunity for a REMOTE Customer Service Advisor to join a successful team. Is your passion talking to people and helping others? If the answer is YES then we need to hear form you!
Salary: £22,600
Location: REMOTE
Days / hours: Monday- Friday 9am-5:30pm with 1 in 6 Saturdays from 9.00am - 12.00pm as time in lieu.
Customer Service Advisor duties:
* Respond to queries in a timely and professional manner via email, webchat and phone
* Ensure customer experience is enjoyable by providing the best advice on their queries.
* Being able to deal with customer complaints via telephone, webchat and emails.
The ideal Customer Service advisor will have:
* At least one year’s experience in call or contact centre (desired not essential)
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
* Ability to work under pressure to achieve the best outcome for the customer.
