Job Description:
Location: Cambridge (50% remote)
Salary: Up to £28,050 + excellent benefits
Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon - Fri, no evenings/weekends/bank holidays

Overview:
Working for a leading hospitality sector training provider, you will support hospitality professionals achieve qualifications at levels 2/3. You will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training to support your transition into the training sector.
A typical week:
* Manage & support a caseload of learners
* Deliver face to face & online coaching
* Engage with internal & external stakeholders
* Plan & deliver engaging training sessions
You’ll need the following:
* Level 2 or 3 in Hospitality (desirable)
* Food & beverage, Front of House & Back of House experience
* Confidence with the ability to motivate & develop others
* Interest or experience in teaching/training
* Car driver
