The Role

As a MyHR Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for all HR transactional activities and basic advisory support across the colleague life cycle, focusing on Starters, Changes, and Leavers.
Your mission: to provide exceptional service to our UK and Ireland organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* New Starters: Process HR tickets, handle phone calls, and assist walk-ins for all new starter processes, including Right to Work, Benefits, and HR system onboarding.
* Change: Process HR tickets, address phone calls, and assist walk-ins for all colleague change processes, covering fit notes, return to work, record of discussions, personal detail amendments, documentation requests, payroll queries, and HR system updates.
* Leavers: Process HR tickets, manage phone calls, and assist walk-ins for all leaver processes, encompassing references, resignations, and HR system termination actions.
Location: Based in Nuneaton, this role operates under a hybrid model with 2 days a week on-site, supporting flexibility and productivity.
The Person
* A background in administration, or similar KPI-driven environment, and a genuine interest in building a career in HR
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* CIPD qualification is advantageous, though not essential, as we provide CIPD Level 3 training via an apprenticeship for eligible candidates.
* Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding communication skills
* Knowledge or experience with HRIS systems for HR case management (preferred)
* Basic understanding of business operations and a thirst to identify opportunities to add value.
* Strong organisational skills to effectively manage your workload amidst competing demands.
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying potential risks to the business.
* The ability to process information with the utmost integrity and accuracy.
