Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Sales or BD Experience Required
Salary: £25,000 + uncapped commission (1st year OTE £50,000)

As a trainee recruitment consultant, your duties will include:
* Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding and fulfilling their recruitment requirements.
* Utilising sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract and retain new business from client companies on a daily basis.
* Identifying and sourcing high-quality candidates through various methods such as online job boards, networking, and referrals. Conducting thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
* Coordinating interviews between clients and candidates, collecting feedback, and serving as a trusted advisor for both parties throughout the recruitment process.
* Cultivating strong relationships with clients and candidates by facilitating a seamless onboarding process for successful candidates and monitoring the progress of placed candidates to ensure their satisfaction and successful integration within the client organisation.
What we are seeking:
* Strong organisational and time management skills, along with the ability to multitask effectively
* Sales experience, in either telephone sales, estate agency, B2B or B2C
* Understanding of recruitment and the (company’s specialties) industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships
* Results-oriented mindset, preferably with a track record of achieving goals and targets
* Proficiency in IT skills
* Strong work ethic and motivation to achieve top earnings
