Basic Salary: £25,000-£35,000
OTE: £50,000 in year one, £80,000 in year two, and £120,000+ in year three.

Your Day-to-Day:
* Use recruitment tools and technologies to attract, screen, and qualify top candidates.
* Build and maintain close relationships with candidates and clients.
* Keep internal databases updated
* Communicate effectively with a high volume of people.
* Work towards, achieve, and exceed targets using sales tactics.
* Respond to communications promptly to stay ahead of the competition.

* Degree educated.
