Job Description:
This position offers a unique opportunity for an ambitious Real Estate Investment Associate to join a large-scale property company in London. The role involves sourcing, cash flow analysis with high attention to detail on numbers and corresponding support documents and pitch decks.

Our Client is a well-established, PE-backed Real Estate operational platform based in London, with Pan European and further international growth plans. As well as acquiring Freehold and longer term Leasehold premises, they also have operational management agreements giving them full coverage and agility in an ever-changing market-place.
Description
* Conducting in-depth investment analysis and market research to inform new investment decisions.
* Maintain the underwrite model - adjusting for new structures, functionality and updating latest benchmarks.
* Ensuring all stakeholders are working towards agreed project goals and hitting deadlines (internal liaison with development, finance, design, operations and legal teams).
* Sense-checking and attention to detail across other team member’s investment models prior to IC.
* Building wider market relationships and helping to originate new acquisition opportunities.
* Lead the tracking of investment pipeline, maintaining models and databases for market information, contacts, development pipeline and stock availability.
* Preparing reports and investment presentations for Investment Committee.
* Preparing pitch decks for management agreement stock.
* Presenting investment proposals to senior management.
* Providing regular investment reports and updates to the team lead and wider business.
Profile
A successful Real Estate Investment Associate should have:
* A degree in Real Estate, Real Estate Finance or a related Built Environment field at BSc and/or MSc level.
* Five or more years working on Commercial Office and/or Occupational Real Estate in an Investment / buy-side firm.
* Very strong analytical skills, Advanced DCF Excel modelling across different acquisition structures with keen attention to detail in preparing documents.
* Excellent communication, negotiation skills and ideally a network of London agents.
* Current experience delivering work to senior stakeholders.
