A client of ours based in Birmingham are looking to hire a Service Delivery Analyst, an established business in the area that are looking to grow.
This Service Delivery Analyst role would be ideal for someone who is looking to work for an exciting company in a varied role.
A key thing the Manager will look for is someone who is confident, has clear communication skills & comes from a service management environment.
It is important in this Service Delivery Analyst role that you have experience covering a variety of tools like Microsoft 365, Azure, Citrix etc.
You must have experience in a 2nd line role & come from a technical support background.
Knowledge with ITSM & ITIL is also key, if you have a certification in either, this would be an advantage.
As a Service Delivery Analyst basic networking and troubleshooting skills are essential.
A driving licence would be preferable, but not essential.
