This Faculties Services providers to the commercial building industry have recently opened a brand new office in Trowbridge and are recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a large portfolio of sites in the region.
As Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor you will from time to time be hands on, however the main focus will be leading the team of engineers to ensure a efficient and productive service is provided to the client.
You will be responsible for the Mechanical side of the contract and therefore work closely with the Electrical Supervisor when it comes to the engineering team and the client / building managers.

You will need to be qualified in Mechanical Engineering and have previous Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Facilities Services experience

Mechanical Engineering Qualification - City & Guilds / HNC / HND
Commercial Gas Engineering - COCN1, CODNCO1
Air Conditioning Engineer - City & Guilds in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
