Futures are looking to appoint a CAD Engineer for a rapidly growing manufacturing business. Working for a successful and expanding market leader you will provide accurate design solutions by using CAD to support to members of the design and production teams. The ideal candidate will be a confident user of AutoCAD.

CAD Engineer - Role and Responsibilities - AutoCAD / Mechanical Design / SolidWorks

* Accurately interpret site survey reports and recreate within AutoCAD
* Produce detailed design drawings in accordance with design standards, and within the project design timetable
* Liaison with manufacturing and production teams
* Occasionally meet with and liaise with clients

CAD Engineer - Role and Responsibilities - AutoCAD / Mechanical Design/ SolidWorks

* Educated to degree, HND or HNC level in relevant engineering discipline.
* Minimum 2 years experience in a CAD role
* Knowledge of ISO9001
* Experience using SolidWorks 3D CAD
* Prior experience in sheet metal design and machining
