Core responsibilities will typically include:

* Implement production systems, processes and disciplines including but not limited to planning, scheduling, and sequencing to ensure best use of resources and on time delivery of customers’ orders.
* Introduce industry leading manufacturing practices covering all manufacturing, finishing, assembly, packing and shipping functions.
* Establish and improve the quality assurance processes and disciplines and accountable to ensure provide exceptional quality products and services.
* Create and maintain HSE standards ensuring safety of all stakeholders as well as compliance to regulations, the wellbeing of our staff, housekeeping standards through 5S disciplines.
* Lead, train, motivate and support the team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including process improvements and problem resolution.
* Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve planning, processes, systems and ultimately customer satisfaction.
* Budget and cost control.
* Schedule production and assembly activities and the outcomes to comply with QA and OTIF requirements.
Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

* Proven success in a similar production management role.
* Previous success leading improvement projects in job lot production environments with significant demand.
* Understanding of metal manufacturing or related engineering industry.
* A natural leader with strong change management capability.
* Deep understanding of production processes and related quality management systems.
* Commercially minded, strong skills in cost control.
* Working knowledge of relevant manufacturing software tools such as: ERP, MRP, MES, MPS systems.
