As a Collections Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting customers throughout the lifecycle of their loan.
* Delivering a positive customer experience, even in challenging situations.
* Ensuring the best possible outcomes for every loan.
* Managing accounts in arrears through to receivership.
* Establishing rapport with customers and third-party suppliers.
* Categorising accounts according to the contact strategy.
