* Mon to Fri 8.30am-5.30pm, 5 days per week based at the office.
Core responsibilities will typically include:

* Assisting the Administration Manager to ensure the smooth running of the business.
* Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with emails, post and telephone calls.
* Collating information for client meetings / typing up of reports.
* Providing support in meetings, writing up notes after meeting.
* Filing, scanning, data entry, managing databases ensuring all records are accurate.
* Assisting with any facilities / office management tasks.
* PA duties; ad-hoc support to the Directors: diary management, travel, booking appointments.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

* Relevant experience gained in an office environment.
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Works proactively and independently - ability to work on own initiative to achieve required results.
* Reliable and detail orientated.
* Accurate typing and data input skills.
* Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, ability to learn new software.
