4 hours per week
You’ll need to be flexible to cover holidays and busy periods which will include bank holidays and weekends. You’ll  work between the hours of 10am and 5pm and generally, lone working is the norm .
What it’s like to work here You’ll join a team of 6 who all work part time and absolutely love Kedleston and retail. The opening hours are 11/4 and generally we work 4 hours, a morning shift and then an afternoon shift .We work alone with the support of volunteers but never feel isolated as the shop is in the hall and everyone on site is so friendly and welcoming. We always have the site lead popping in to ensure we are supported. We are a hardworking team of people and you’ll be joining us at an exciting time as we have just started opening 7 days a week which has helped increase sales. The property is also holding a Diwali event in October /November which was incredibly successful last year .

What you’ll be doing As Retail Team Member you’ll offer customers help and shopping advice with their purchases. Other duties will include receiving, unpacking, and arranging deliveries, creating shop displays and working with other members of the team to keep the shop floor area clean and organised. The role is physical, especially when the deliveries arrive but it is primarily a role where you’ll work alone in the shop serving our visitors.
