Water Treatment Plumber 
£17.00 pe hour
This position would be ideal for an experienced Water Treatment Plumber with plumbing experience or a qualified plumber.
As a qualified Water Treatment Remedial Plumber, you will be responsible for the remediation / fitting of domestic water systems as described in key accountabilities below.
Requirements for the Role:
1-2 Years’ experience in a comparable role is necessary.
An NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification in plumbing is required.
Experience as a Water Hygiene Plumber within a healthcare environment would be highly advantageous.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be undertaking a range of compliance and plumbing duties including but not limited to;
Cylinder servicing and installations
Installations of expansion vessels.
Installation of pipework.
Dead leg removal and pipework modifications.
CWST installations and refurbishments.
Legionella monitoring (sampling / temperature monitoring).
Cleans and disinfections of hot and cold water systems.
Showerhead Descales.
TMV servicing and installations.
Mains injection disinfections.
Removing of flexible hosed and hard piping taps.
Clean and disinfection of water storage tanks
Disinfection of hot and cold system pipework
Inspecting site assets such as water heaters, calorifiers etc…
Taking microbiological samples from healthcare settings
Previous experience of press fittings (crimp)
