Learning Support Assistant - Eastleigh
At Engage Education, we’ve been experts in recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for over a decade. Our extensive experience has allowed us to build strong relationships with schools, staff, and children. We are currently seeking to expand our pool of LSAs for placement in outstanding schools in Eastleigh. We welcome flexible individuals open to both short and long-term contracts, starting in September.
Daily Duties May Include:
* Assisting small groups of pupils
* Providing intervention support
* Offering 1:1 support for SEND and lower-ability pupils
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with children, either personally or professionally, or within a school setting
* A genuine passion for education and enhancing pupil attainment
* Ability to build positive relationships
* Creative skills to engage and stimulate pupils
