The role
* Assisting customers with their service and repair needs
* Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Learning to manage bookings, handle inbound and outbound calls, and organize service schedules
* Supporting the service team with administrative tasks
* Working closely with experienced Service Advisors to develop your skills and knowledge

Requirements
* Enthusiastic and motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
* A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to learn and grow
* Preferably, a "full clean UK manual driving licence" held for at least 1 year

The Package
* Basic salary - £19,000-£22,000 + uncapped commission
* 22 days annual leave
* Monday to Friday 8:00am to 18:00pm
* Alternate Saturdays 8:00am to 13:00pm
* Ongoing training and career progression
