Senior REVIT Technician required for a well-established practice based on the South Coast. Available on a permanent full-time basis, offering an annual salary of up to £57,000 plus a great employee benefits scheme, this employer is seeking an experienced REVIT specialist who can apply proven skills, whilst managing a team of modelling experts.
This opportunity is best suited to a candidate seeking the next step on their career ladder, able to work with the existing drawing team, influencing key decisions whilst ensuring that the work is produced both effectively and efficiently. Ideally educated to a Degree Level in the construction industry (or similar), you will have a passion for construction design with an awareness of COBie and ISO 19650.
As Senior REVIT Technician, your career will be able to demonstrate at least 3 years+ of previous architectural design and development, looking to achieve BIM Certification therefore leading to formal business accreditation as part of your career journey. Using your Proven REVIT skills, your experience will include building information modelling within structural engineering, combined with some mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering knowledge.
Working in partnership with both client and internal teams, the Senior REVIT Technician will be fully involved with the
development of accurate, high-quality architectural designs, discussing and confirming client approval prior to sign off, and looking at budgets and timeframes as part of the wider job requirement.
