Purpose

As part of the Internal Recruitment & HR team, you will work closely with our hiring managers to support the full recruitment process from attraction to onboarding.
The successful candidate will have the autonomy to shape the role delivering results and adding value to every step of the process.
The Nitty Gritty
* Building rapport with all stakeholders and gaining a solid understanding of their needs when recruiting.
* Working closely with the People & Talent Specialists managing the end-to-end recruitment process
* Advertise vacancies through internal and external channels, screening candidates and arranging interviews.
* Actively headhunt passive candidates through online job boards and LinkedIn.
* Carry out candidate testing and first-stage telephone interviews.
* Working closely with our Field Sub-Contractors to ensure they are compliant
* Adding Subcontractors to relevant systems once they have been onboarded.
* Liaise with recruiting line managers to organise interviews.
* Be able to identify difficult vacancies and be creative in finding new ways to fill them.
* Ensure awareness and compliance in recruitment practices across the business.
* Attend the bi-weekly Resource Planning Meeting to be proactive in identifying future recruitment requirements.
* General administration, including eligibility documentation, driving licences and Background check compliance.
* Support candidates through their onboarding experience and ensure a positive recruitment experience.

* Proven experience working in either Internal or Agency Recruitment
* Committed to providing an outstanding, customer-focused service.
* Ability to develop effective working relationships externally and internally with colleagues at all levels within the organisation
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent organisational skills - able to prioritise a wide range and high volume of activities and use available resources to ensure tasks are completed promptly
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work on own initiative as well as a team player
