Customer Service Advisor
Our client is a leading electric vehicle charger supply and installation company based in Yorkshire, but they work all over the country. They handle everything related to EV charging, both for homes and businesses. As a growing company in a booming industry, they’re looking for enthusiastic people who love exceeding customer expectations to join their team.
Job Overview:
The Client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team and provide outstanding support over the phone. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, stay cool under pressure, and love tackling new challenges, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Do:
* Talk to customers on the phone and via email to get all the info needed for EV charger installations. Explain the process and answer their questions.
* Deliver an awesome customer experience.
* Check survey details and photos for accuracy, and record everything in the Client’s IT system.
* Quickly respond to customer questions and handle complaints with care.
* Manage your workload to make sure the Client hits their customer service targets.
* Offer kind support to customers with additional needs.
* Keep detailed records of all communications in the Client’s IT system.
* Maintain the Client’s 5* customer service reputation.
What They’re Looking For:
* Must have: Experience in telephone phone-based customer service.
* A strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proven ability to take initiative within set processes.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
* Ability to review survey images, record installation job details accurately, assist customers with cable routing, identify pre-existing requirements, and estimate installation times (they’ll provide training).
* Experience handling difficult customers and complaints.
* Great attention to detail.

Reports to: Customer Journey Manager 
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 1hour unpaid lunch
Location: BD16 
Salary: £26,000 PA
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays.
