Job Description:
We are working with a fantastic company based in West Leeds who are seeking to appoint an experienced Business Support Administrator. With a minimum of 5 years office support within a stable administrative based role, the successful candidate will be looking for a new challenge within a dynamic and busy office setting. Having enjoyed impressive growth over the last few years, this team are looking to expand their support function to ensure the teams continue to provide that first-class service to their customers.
As an experienced and enthusiastic senior administrator, the successful candidate will enjoy a varied role where you will support with all office administration, sales & purchasing, HR, and all ad hoc duties. Spinning plates is essential in this role, the ideal applicant will be involved in a variety of tasks, including;
* Provide business support to the sales and project teams
* Track contract renewal dates
* Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.
* Support with the recruitment process, from posting job ads to onboarding new team members.
* Maintain HR records including holidays & sickness
* Manage all Health & Safety checks and files up to date
* Manage all paper and electric files
* Supervise office supplies
* Answer telephones
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable company who are going from strength to strength, working in a fully office-based role; a car driver is essential due to the location, the successful candidate will have;
* A minimum of 5 years’ administrative experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Minimum Grade C or Level 4 GCSEs in Maths & English
* Excellent command of English- written and verbal
* Advanced knowledge of Excel
* Proven experience in office management, administration, accounts, and human resourcing.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Action-orientated
* Has a positive attitude and the ability to manage your own time and organise your workload
* Be confident and self-assured, yet approachable; no shrinking violets here!
* Full driving licence and vehicle.
