Senior Quantity Surveyor – Construction
Location: Market Harborough
Salary £62,000 - £72,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance

The Company:
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a Regional Main Contractor in the Market Harborough area. As a Regional UK contractor my client has a diversified workload in the public, regulated and private sectors. Boasting a strong reputation for providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate.
My client enjoys a c£7.5 million turnover with their projects ranging from £250,000 - £12 Mil covering a range of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Multiroom & Public Sectors.
About The Role:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play an integral role in the management, direction, and successful completion of our building projects. Your focus is to manage build cost and maximises margin whilst enhancing value for money for our clients and achieving the required standards and quality. You will report directly to the Managing Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager.
About You:
• Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Previous experience on projects £5 Million +
• Live or able to commute to Market Harborough
• Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor, specifically on Design and Build; as well as knowledge of JCT and NEC Conditions of Contract.
• Great technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
