Working in conjunction with your Business Partner for your area of business, you will help shape and operationally deliver their strategy through your people advisory team.
Managing a team of 5 People Advisors and 5 Administrators, I am looking to speak to hands on, people focused managers who are known for their ability to lead from the front, constantly striving to deliver a premium experience for employees and ensuring they business maintains it’s position as a reputation of choice.
Ideally you will be ;
Level 7 qualified or above
Hold strong awareness of best people practice
Have high interpersonal skills and able to affectively influence business leaders
Proven extensive experience of managing a team of a similar size
Track record of initiating and leading the development of people processes and delivery of change programmes
Have a forward focused approach
Confident in the application of people analytics to make informed decisions
