Job Description:
 HR Officer
Reed HR is working with an organisation in Kent who are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Officer.
As the HR Officer, you will be responsible for providing HR support to our staff and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the recruitment process for academic and non-academic staff.
* Coordinate staff onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
* Support performance management processes and provide guidance and support to managers.
* Assist with HR-related training and development initiatives.
* Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
* CIPD Level 3 or 5 or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
* 2+ years of experience within a HR role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems.
* Knowledge of employment law and regulations
