My client is seeking a talented HR Administrator to join our dynamic organization and be a key player in our continued success.
As an HR Administrator, you will be at the heart of the HR operations, supporting the entire employee lifecycle. From recruitment and onboarding to benefits administration and employee relations, you’ll have the chance to showcase your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities: 
* HR Records Maintenance: Keep employee records organised and up-to-date, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
* Benefits Administration: Assist in managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation policies, ensuring employees understand and receive their entitlements.
* Recruitment Support: Collaborate with the HR team to post job vacancies, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in the coordination of the hiring process.
* HR Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, including conducting regular audits to maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
* Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries, assist with conflict resolution, and facilitate communication between employees and management to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:
* CIPD Level 3 or Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field 
* Strong organizational and administrative skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
