£12-£14ph (£16-£18ph via Umbrella)
Looking for a short-term HR role that allows you to showcase your skills and contribute to a thriving organisation?
My client is currently seeking a talented HR Admin Temp to join their team and support our HR operations during a busy period.
As a HR Admin Temp, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR department. You will assist with various administrative tasks, including employee record management, benefits administration, recruitment support, and policy compliance.
Responsibilities:
* HR Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
* Benefits Administration Support: Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, documentation, and addressing employee inquiries.
* Recruitment Assistance: Provide support in the recruitment process, such as posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
* HR Policy and Compliance Support: Help ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures by assisting with policy dissemination, compliance tracking, and maintaining HR documentation.
* General Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, preparing HR-related documents, and responding to employee inquiries related to HR processes.
