Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for fostering positive employee relationships? 
My client is hiring an Employee Relations Advisor to be a key driver in cultivating a harmonious work environment.
Responsibilities:
* Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions, to promote a positive and inclusive workplace.
* Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Conduct investigations into workplace complaints, ensuring fair and unbiased resolutions.
* Develop and deliver employee relations training programs to enhance communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
* Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience as an Employee Relations Advisor or similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and mediate conflicts effectively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
