Location: Northampton

Salary: £65,000

We are currently recruiting for a senior employment lawyer to join our clients expanding team based in Northampton. If you thrive in a working environment that is collegiate and supportive where the collective goal is to be exemplary, this could be the role for you!

ABOUT YOU

* Qualified solicitor with excellent technical skills
* 10-15 years PQE in business-related employment law
* Excellent team player with a positive ’can-do’ attitude
* Use of initiative to drive internal and client outcomes with minimal supervision
* Demonstrated competence in management at a senior level
* Flair for business development and attracting high calibre clients
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Proven billing track record
* You have a great sense of humour, take your work seriously but not yourself too seriously!
