£40,000-£50,000pa

* Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with education-specific employment laws and regulations.
* Foster a supportive culture that empowers educators and staff.
* Collaborate with administrators to address HR needs and build strong partnerships.
Requirements:
* CIPD Level 5 or above 
* Experience within the Education sector 
* Extensive HR management experience within the education sector.
* In-depth knowledge of education-specific employment laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
