Job Description:
Are you a Territory Manager or an experienced field sales professional? Do you have an understanding of the automotive aftermarket, or component sales? We have an exciting opportunity for you!
Our client, an award-winning leader in innovation, are looking for a Territory Manager to join their team to take on their South East region, working remotely and independently.
Main responsibilities of the Southern Territory Manager:
* Promote, advertise and sell components, building relationships with both end users and distributors
* Attend trade shows and events, representing the business in a professional and forward-thinking manner
* Work independently, managing own time and workload to hit and exceed KPIs
* Report on all prospects and conversions, taking accountability for your sales pipeline
* Communicate effectively and professionally across all communication channels; telephone, email and face to face
We are looking for a Territory Manager with:
* Outstanding communication skills
* A full, clean UK driving license and the confidence to/experience driving a large commercial vehicle (a van not over 3.5t)
* An adaptable style, with the ability to present to and discuss technical specifications with audiences at a range of levels
* Demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally an automotive aftermarket background
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, although specific training will be given for more advanced work
* The ability to work predominantly within the South East UK region so a convenient base in this area is essential
