Job Summary: Join our Internal Sales Team to provide exceptional customer service support. As a key team player and excellent communicator, you will assist internal and external customers, supply quotations, and support external sales teams. Continuous product training will be provided to help you excel in building system quotations and addressing customer inquiries.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service by handling daily requests, quotes, and calls.
* Support quote chasing initiatives starting in the new year.
* Schedule meetings for Business Development Managers (BDMs) using SAP/NSI Register.
* Conduct cold/warm calls to existing customers, manage pipelines, and arrange meetings for BDMs.
* Collaborate with BDMs on post-meeting follow-ups.
* Maintain high data accuracy standards.
* Achieve departmental targets with colleagues.
* Stay updated on the full product range.
* Create specific quotations using SAP CRM system.
* Design panel templates using MS Visio for customer approval.
* Manage tight deadlines and multiple stakeholder demands.
* Meet and exceed Customer Service KPIs.
* Gain field experience through distribution sit-in days and prospect hunting with BDMs.
