PhD Graduate Software Engineer – Central London (flexible remote) - £40,000 - £45,000

Ada Meher is currently resourcing for a candidate to join their market leading client who are looking to add to their Software Development resource due to the demands of their current projects. The client are a software consultancy who always strive to use a “best fit” approach to solve their client’s software requirements resulting in a great opportunity to get exposure to a wide variety of tech. There will also be the opportunity to get involved across the fill software development life-cyle from requirements gathering with clients right through to delivery.
Currently working hybrid remote, with a team day in the office every fortnight, any applicants must be willing to travel into London.
The ideal candidate will have high level academic achievement with good algorithmic ability, and preferably a background in computer science or mathematics, and be enthused by the chance to develop creative solutions to enterprise level problems. Given the greenfield nature of the work there is plenty of opportunity for input from all levels on the design of the solution and a real chance for the right person to really make their mark.
To be considered:
* Experience working with (academic experience is fine) or knowledge of programming (Python, R, MATLAB, C# etc)
* Strong communication skills
* Educated to PhD level
* Demonstrable experience working with algorithms/problem solving
