As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficient operations of our warehouse. Responsibilities
* Sales Order Processing of incoming and outgoing customer orders
* Email communication both internal and external
* Operate and maintain forklift trucks, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse as and when required
* Track inventory levels and assist in conducting regular stock counts.
* Manage the receipt and storage of goods, ensuring they are properly organized and stored.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, following health and safety guidelines.
* Collaborate with other team members to fulfill orders and meet customer requirements.
* Assist in creating and maintaining documentation, including shipping and receiving records.
Requirements
* Sage experience is essential
* Administration experience is desired
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
* Valid FLT license with experience operating forklift trucks.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
