Our client, a successful independent Estate Agency is looking for an experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding team in the Newcastle-upon-Tyne area.

Working days of a Sales and Lettings Negotiator: 
You will be required to work full time, Monday to Friday, and alternate Saturdays with a day off in lieu
The successful Sales and Lettings Negotiator will be offered: 
* Basic salary of up to £24,500
* Realistic OTE of £28,000 (Uncapped)

Key responsibilities for the role of a Sales and Lettings Negotiator:
* Negotiating sales and lets
* Negotiating offers
* Building business relationships
* Meeting and liaising with potential sellers, buyers, landlord and tenants
* Generating new business
* Updating clients and providing customer service
* Manage the busy viewings diary
* Attending viewings
Sales and Lettings Negotiator requirements:
* Local knowledge (Advantageous)
* You will be an excellent communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* At least 12 months experience as a Sales or Lettings Negotiator
* Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented
* Tactful and articulate
* Highly motivated and results-driven
* Ambitious and have a positive attitude
* Full UK driving license
