Position: Legal Cashier/Cashroom Assistant
Location: Aberdeen, Scotland
Salary: Up to £30,000

The Role and Day to day
Seeking a dedicated Legal Cashier/Cashroom Assistant to join the close nit team. This role has arisen due to the unfortunate sickness of its previous second-in-command. You will be working closely under the Head of the Cashroom, providing essential support and ensuring smooth financial operations within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the Head of the Cashroom with daily financial transactions
* Managing client accounts and handling financial queries
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations
* Processing invoices and payments
* Reconciling bank statements
What We Offer:
* Salary: Up to £30,000, depending on experience
* Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with a one-hour lunch break
* Benefits: Private healthcare and cashback for necessary appointments like physio
* Pension: Basic office pension scheme (3-5%)
* Holidays: 32 days annual leave
