Job Description:
Are you a people-centric HR Business Partner who is looking to join a collaborative HR team in Cambridgeshire? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment that is agile and varied, with the opportunity to get involved in projects that focus on elevating people experience?

We are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join a media brand based in Peterborough! You will partner with Senior Leadership Teams across corporate and creative teams and will coach leaders on how best to support their teams. The suited candidate will have worked in a fast paced environment and will be looking for an opportunity to work within this collaborative team, where all Business Partners and Advisors support each other with their workloads. You will have the opportunity to lead projects and be involved in focus groups, as well as leading on Employee Relations and change.

Duties and responsibilities:
* Advisor to Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and managers, offering expert guidance, coaching, and support on all employee relations (ER) and related matters.
* Support Functions: Provide effective assistance in areas such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, performance management, and employee engagement.
* Support HR Director: Aid the HR Director and partner with the other HR Business Partners in optimizing business structures, frameworks, and systems to foster business growth.
* Organizational Design: Collaborate with function leads in organization design and architecture to create clear career pathways and development opportunities for all employees.
* Fair Practices: Ensure the implementation of fair and transparent people practices, maintaining positive working relationships.
* HR Collaboration: Work with HR colleagues to identify and implement suitable employee wellbeing initiatives, performance evaluation systems, and career development plans.
* Legal Compliance: Stay current with employment laws and best practices to ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and support the organization’s goal to be an employer of choice.
* Data Insight: Utilize HR data to identify relevant trends and generate reports that can enhance HR planning and initiatives.

This role will be a great fit if you have:
* Significant experience working within a HR Business Partnering role, partnering with your own client group and working with Senior Stakeholders
* Exposure working in a fast paced environment
* Ability to lead on complex ER cases
* Ability to work in a collaborative team, and be a true team player!
* Willingness to bring the human approach to HR, and ensure that policies are not followed rigidly without consideration for personal circumstance!
* Willingness to travel to Peterborough 2-3 times per week to collaborate with your team
