KitchenEx Limited is a family-run business based near Meadowhall in Sheffield. We import and supply retailers around the UK with premium kitchen appliances and are the sole importers of Faber Cooker Hoods & ILVE cooking appliances in the UK. To continue supporting the growth of the company, we are seeking a Telesales Executive to contact potential new customers for us to supply with these high quality btrands.
This role will be office based and is a perfect opportunity for either an experienced telesales person or a development role for a salesperson with less experience but with a passion for sales. We will offer a good basic salary with monthly bonuses. We have a great customer database and CRM system to use to help you get off to a fast start.
Salary and working Hours:
* £22,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission!
* Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
* Full time-permanent position
The candidate will be:
o Enthusiastic with a good telephone manner
o Confident in leading sales conversations and dealing with objections and questions
o Confident in quoting, chasing up quotes and closing sales
o Organised and planned, ensuring effective follow up on quotes and opportunities
o Self-motivated and used to a fast-paced environment
o Have the ability to effectively manage their workload and pro-actively prioritise their calling structure
Essential Qualities and Experience:
IT literate - familiar with a range of applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel
Excellent organisational skills and self-motivated
Ability to communicate well at all levels with a professional telephone manner, along with sound decision making skills
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
