Pastry Chef–Country House Hotel - Bath
We are currently looking for a Pastry Chef for a beautiful Boutique Hotel in the stunning Bath countryside. The successful Pastry chef will have a passion for creating exciting textures and flavours and have a flare for detail, they will also have the confidence to run the pastry section with a CDP and apprentice pastry chef to support

Our client is a beautiful Boutique Hotel set in the Bath countryside. They combine creative dishes with traditional British favourites, using the best local ingredients.
 
The Perks 
The Pastry will receive: 
* A basic salary of £35,000
* Plus service (up to £5,000 per annum)

The Person 
The Pastry Chef will have: 
* Experience as a Pastry in a similar style venue is preferred at a senior level
* Confidence to run the pastry section and help with other duties, mentoring junior chefs in their tasks
* Be a great communicator with a dynamic approach
* A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations
* The ability to commute
