Job Description:
Role: Finance Business Partner
Location: Tewkesbury - Hybrid (2 days on-site)
Salary: Up to £53k + Benefits

Robert Half are delighted to be exclusively working with a well established client who are seeking a Finance Business Partner. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in driving financial excellence and influencing key decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with cost centre managers and bidding teams, providing monthly reports with detailed variance analysis.
* Meet forecasting requirements.
* Lead monthly performance reviews with the Operational team.
* Support both internal and external audits.
* Collaborate with the Operational team to streamline and enhance processes.
* Work closely with business leads to keep project pipelines updated and on track.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Advanced numeric, analytical, and technical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Experience with ERP Business Systems
* Strong ability to present clear and concise financial data
